Do I Qualify?

To qualify you must meet the following criteria:

 

  • you are attending, or applying to attend, the University of Manitoba, the University of Winnipeg or Red River College in Fall of 2018

  • you have sole/primary custody of your child(ren)

  • you exhibit financial need

  • you are registered/registering for a full courseload (3+ classes)

How Do I Apply?
